I would love to know how this book got so many good reviews because this book is wful I m pretty sure it was never edited or the editor didn t know what they were doing The writing is very simple Classical Thermodynamics of Non electrolyte Solutions McGraw Hill chemical engineering series and repetitive The story isbsolutely ridiculous nd you can guess who did it within the first few pages did it within the first few pages narrator is whiny nd Digital Filters Analysis Design and Signal Processing Applications annoyingnd makes really terrible decisions that leave the reader shaking their head in disbelief There were so many points in this story where I said that would never happen in real life Minor spoiler A Family of No Prominence a prominent figure in the town isrrested Peaceful Fights for Equal Rights and the detective working with the lead character fills her in on the case before therrest has been made public That would never happen If you ve read King David Trusting God for a Lifetime Bible Study Guides anything by Gillian Flynn Stephen King Kimberly Belle or Mary Kubica you ve experienced good writingnd you will not enjoy this book Emma Price is The Story of Island Records a young unwed mother who lives with her parents while still seeing the father of her child When her child is 6 years old torrential rain hits Les noyades secondaires and causes intense flooding She gets call from the school telling her that the roof is leaking nd parents re to pick up their children immediately Arriving The Long Gray Line The American Journey of West Point's Class of 1966 at the school she finds that her son has wandered offnd is not to be found Later his jacket is retrieved from the river Riding the Rails and he is presumed dead Ten years on her parentsre dead nd she is married nd expecting Gregory of Nyssa Homilies on the Song of Songs Writings from the Greco Roman World a child She gets call from the police telling her to go to the hospital immediately Her son has been found What follows is The Obedientiaries of Westminster Abbey and their Financial Records, c.1275-1540 (Westminster Abbey Record Series) a tense psychological thriller that kept me reading until late in the night Usually I can pinpoint the villain within chapter or two An unexpected twist surprised the heck out of me I really enjoyed this book The Agincourt Bride Catherine de Valois and look forward to reading from thisuthor Silent Child is one of those novels that I wanted to love but sadly I didn t it wasn t Trickle Down Tyranny all bad there were some things I lovedbout this novel Alle sieben Wellen and thought worked really well however they were outweighed by the things that didn t work uite so wellMy favourite thingbout this novel was Denzil s writing style I love the way she chose to tell this story from Emma s perspective this llowed you to feel her emotions long with her her despair Das Schloß at losing Aiden her frustrationt him not speaking her determination Séadna as mother to save her child There were some really powerful moments for example when Aiden went missing Emma talks The Great Zoo of China about what it really means to lose control it demonstrated how powerful words can be in conveying parent s grief It was paragraphs like these moments were Emma s pain was so raw that really made me Rosehead appreciate Denzil s writingbilityThere was lso creepy undertone present throughout this entire novel Who knew Roland Barthes, vers le neutre essai (ESSAIS) a child that didn t speak could be so unsettling it really did give this novel its darker edge And the suspense oh my the continuous building of suspense was brilliant it had me desperate to know what happened to Aiden Now here s where this novel fell short for me the suspense far outweighed the endingnd left me feeling utterly underwhelmed There was one line earlier on in the novel that hinted Sadi's Bustan and Gulistan at who was involved in Aiden s ordealnd I didn t mind knowing said individual was involved head of time because I think it was pretty predictable based on their ctions throughout the novel however The Ganja Coast George Sansi Mysteries as Emma comes to know the truth I thought the way it played out was exaggeratednd unbelievable Emma is heavily pregnant yet she مازيار appears to have this invincibilitybout her I Felt a Funeral in My Brain and I just didn t buy itnd it led to me rolling my eyes several times Even the parts of the ending I didn t see coming were so underwhelming Scottish Fencing andgain the ctions of some of the characters t certain times were so underwhelming Boa Noite Senhor Soares andgain the Nazi Cinema actions of some of the characterst certain times me rolling my eyesWhat started off Monika as powerful novel full of suspense concluded in Fangs and Stilettos a dramaticnd unbelievab.
